Each experience invites you to slow down and listen inward to your own wisdom and intuition. You’ll learn how to bring that guidance into daily life in practical, life-giving ways. Drawing from teachers, authors, and meaningful resources, I weave inspiration that helps you remember your own inner knowing.

Supporting teens through change, challenge, and growth. 

Whether your group is entering junior high, navigating high school drama, or working through fears, emotions, and stress, I create a curriculum based on their unique needs and concerns.

In a fun, warm, and supportive setting, we dive deep to remove blocks, build confidence, and cultivate self-awareness through creativity, mindfulness, and meaningful conversation.
