As a life coach I talk to people daily who want to commit to themselves: their health, well-being, relationships, yet find it a challenge. We naturally put others first and this honestly helps no one and depletes us. Let’s come together in a safe online community to learn practices that will cover topics from nourishment, peri-meno-post pause, aging, spiritual connection, social media and more so that you can embrace beautiful YOU.

Join me and a circle of kindred spirits for 6 Monday evenings of connection, reflection, sharing, ritual, practices and accountability. From the comfort of your own home—mug of tea in hand, candle flickering—we’ll gather on Zoom to listen deeply, share, go easy, breathe, and reclaim the next season of our hearts and souls.
